Registration

The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) requires users to register to be able to search images. Registration is free and open to anyone. We are asking users to register in order to gather general usage statistics in order to inform future enhancements in the service provided by this site. We adhere to a clear privacy policy.

Most of the collections within TCIA are open to all registered users. Access to some collections is limited to designated users in special circumstances. This allows The Cancer Imaging Archive to:

• Support data collection for private or internal projects
• Protect data while investigators are publishing results
• Limit access to just those individuals directly involved in a project

Using TCIA

If you have a user account you can click here to log in the archive. Information about the scientific value of each of our collections can be found on the wiki. The Cancer Imaging Archive User's Guide provides detailed information on the many features available in the archive.
